Detailed Information

Summer Fenn offers a varied and flexible summer day camp for children aged 4 to 15. They encourage individuals to treat others well and be flexible and supporting. Every camper is warmly welcomed into the community.

Mission

Summer Fenn fosters a mission of providing the most stimulating, challenging and enjoyable summer day camp experience for children. Combining challenge with support, they provide opportunities for campers to identify their personal strengths, learn new skills, increase self-confidence, and make new friends.

Specialty Camps

Campers immerse themselves in exciting, focused activities during specialty camps. Fenn offers two types: morning specialty combined with traditional camp (Half + Half) or Full Day Specialty that allows campers to concentrate on a focused program for the entire day. There are a variety of specialty electives, including innovation, adventure challenges, soccer, tennis, mountain biking, golf, theatre, video production, ceramics, wizarding wold, woodworking, and boat building, among many others.

Day Tripper Vacation Camp

Fenn offers a vacation camp during the independent schools’ spring break. Note that extended day is not available during the vacation camp program.

Nutrition

Daily hot lunch and Friday cookouts are included in tuition for full day campers. A fresh packed to-go lunch is provided for Day Tripper campers. There are many choices available on the menu. In addition to a hot entree, campers can select from fresh veggies, a deli sandwich bar, yogurt and fresh fruit, and vegetarian entrees.

Transportation

Bus transportation to/from surrounding towns for an additional charge. Buses are operated by a local independent company and monitored by a Summer Fenn staff member.
