Boston Neighborhood Network Media offers media production training programs for teens. Students receive cable channel time and online opportunities to share programs they have produced.

Youth Voices

A six-week summer intensive multimedia training program for field and studio production in partnership with Boston’s Department of Youth Engagement and Employment. Teens receive training and hands-on experience in television production, digital field production, and multimedia. They assist with the production of programs shared on Boston Neighborhood Network TV cable channels and website. Kids will create short documentaries and participate in studio discussions about important issues such as discrimination and learning disabilities.

Youth Tours

Kids have the opportunity to get behind-the-scenes and tour BNN’s facilities. Contact BNN at membership@bnnmedia.org to book a youth group tour.

BNN also offers regular workshops that cover a variety of multimedia and studio classes.
