Camp Cabot ensures kids aged 3 – 16 have a fun and exciting summer. At the YMCA summer co-ed day camps in Waltham, kids enjoy creating arts & crafts, exploring science and technology, swimming, participating in field trips, STEM, exploring nature, sports, and developing new friendships.

Both half-day (9:00am – 12:30pm) and full-day (9:00am – 4:00pm) options are available for the youngest campers. There are nearly two dozen YMCA camps offered around the Boston metro area.

Overnight Camps

The YMCA also offers overnight camp opportunities for kids aged 8+. The two-week sessions are held at Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire, campers engage in new adventures and outdoor experiences. Boys stay at the North Woods Overnight Camp and girls stay at Pleasant Valley Overnight Camp. Activities include swimming, sailing, windsurfing, ropes adventures, archery and more.

Nutrition

Camp Cabot provides optional breakfast and lunch daily through the USDA Summer Food Program.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance applications are available from the YMCA Welcome Center. The YMCA accepts vouchers.

YMCA camps comply with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health regulations.
