Detailed Information
The Concord Recreation Center offers day camp experiences for resident and non-resident children aged 3-14. The fun, educational camp options include full day, half day, sports, and specialty camp options.
Summer Camp Options
- Kaleidoscope Kids (ages 3-5) – Half day program (9:00am-12:30pm) offers weekly sessions from June to August. Kids participate in various activities, from science explorations and arts and crafts to outdoor play, gardening, and other activities. Located at the Harvey Wheeler Community Center.
- Camp Three Rivers (grades K-6) – Weekly theme-based camp sessions run from June through August. Both half-day and full-day options available. Activities vary from sports and games, to nature, music and drama.
- Various other independent summer programs are coordinated with third party providers such as The Umbrella Arts Center or Skyhawks Sports Academy. Check with the Concord Recreation Department for upcoming offerings.
Other Information
All staff are First Aid / CPR certified and the camps comply with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and licensed by the Concord Board of Health.
