High quality summer programs are offered for girls aged 12-14. The BCYF G.I.R.L.S. program focuses on growth, intervention, respect, leadership and service in an empowering and supportive environment. The BCYF aims to support all girls in becoming healthy, strong, self-confident and successful women.
Participants in the G.I.R.L.S. summer leadership corps program will:
- participate in personal and leadership development workshops
- learn about establishing positive and healthy lifestyle goals
- build skills and confidence toward becoming successful and independent women
- lead community service projects

The Center supports children, youth, and families through a range of services with a mission to enhance residents’ quality of life through partnerships with community center councils, agencies and businesses. BCYF manages various adult education classes, community centers and pools, childcare programs, gymnasiums, senior programs, and other activities and events.
