Honest feedback about NSHS?

Hi everyone. Would you be willing to share your feedback about kids' experience at NSHS? We have ha mixed experience here the past few years. Now we're ready to leave for private, or even move for a different public school system. We've had these conversations in the past, but now they're real. Our main issue is academics is a low priority. Safety is a low priority. We have one in his 2nd year and 2 on their way in the next 3 years. I hear so many comments about how excellent this school is, but have yet to witness any academic challenges for the kids (not just mine, his friends seem to be in the same boat). Are we missing something? I would really love to hear your honest opinion about this school. Thank you! Sincerely.

Hi parents. We have a work related move coming up and just went under contract on a house in Newton. Newton Center if that makes a difference to any responses. I'd love to hear your recommendations for private vs public schools for the kids (7 and 11), restaurants, resources, getaways.... We are excited, nervous and a family of 4 Californians figuring out how to get ready for cold winters!

Hosting a 3 yr old bday party - do you prefer My Gym in Newton or Little Gym in Waltham? We've been to both for other kids' parties and the kids are happy but curious about your experience with the staff, planning, etc.

The practice offers state-of-the-art health care, oversight and coordination with affiliated providers, and additional specialties such as travel medicine, behavioral health, and environmental health. Dr. Bukur-Doczy completed her medical studies at University of Lund and continued her graduate studies in Immunology and Pathology at Boston University. She was a researcher at Albert Einstein School of Medicine and her residency was at the University of Illinois. She has been Board Certified in Pediatrics since 2000 (re-certified in 2008).
